These terms govern use of ResumeFlex, a browser resume editor on https://resumeflex.com. By using the site or builder, you agree to them.
1. The service
ResumeFlex lets you write resumes and related career documents in this browser, pick a one-column template, check what will export, and download PDF, Word, or text. There is no account. There is no credit-based payment product. Optional AI is off until you configure a provider and a key you supply. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or that a named applicant-tracking system will parse a file a particular way.
2. Your documents
You keep ownership of the content you write. Drafts stay in this browser until you export, back them up, or clear site data. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit to employers. If you use optional AI, you must review the output before you send it.
3. Optional AI
AI generation sends career text through our proxy to the provider you chose. That provider's terms and prices apply to you. ResumeFlex does not sell AI credits. Generated text can be wrong. Do not treat it as legal, immigration, or employment advice.
4. Public forms
Opening the tools requires your name, email, and agreement to these terms and the Privacy Policy. We send one confirmation email. The address is kept as the access record, and this browser is remembered for 30 days, only after you use that link. Unconfirmed requests are deleted when the link expires. Registration does not create a password account or a cloud copy of your documents. The confirmation email is not permission to send product or marketing email. Those messages are sent only if you make a separate, optional choice, and you may decline that choice and still use the tools after you confirm. The contact form stores your message so we can reply. Newsletter signup stores your email as pending until you confirm. Campaign newsletters are not running yet. Do not use the forms to send unlawful content or to probe the service.
5. Acceptable use
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Do not attack, scrape abusively, or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not use the public APIs to send spam or to overload the forms or AI proxy.
- Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.
6. Availability
The service is provided as is. We may change, pause, or stop features. Local drafts can be lost if you clear the browser, hit a storage quota, or use a device that drops site data. Keep a backup if the file matters.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, ResumeFlex is not liable for lost drafts, failed applications, employment outcomes, third-party AI results, or service interruptions. Use of the builder is at your own risk.
8. Stopping use
You can stop using ResumeFlex at any time by leaving the site and clearing this origin's data. There are no unused credits to forfeit because there is no credit product.
